Thanks Margot, this is a very comprehensive set of issues and opportunities! CityCamp would be a great tie to host a session on this.
The collective impact model seems to have a lot of promise, for a CityCamp style session it could be worthwhile picking a couple of major issues to brainstorm some approaches or solutions for, as well as considering the broader effort required to build alignment for a true collective impact effort.
If we had stronger partnerships across the city on these issues, more like the CI approach, we would see some real movement!
